The founders of Jecky's Best started the "Baking House" retail chain of pita bread factories and bakeries 30 years ago overseas. With our first manufacturing plant opening in the United States in 1991, we determined our service would be to fulfill retail store demands for extensive choices of superior read-to-bake products.

Jecky's Best offers a broad range of dough, both preformed and unformed, and finished pastries in convenient sizes. Each product can be tailored to any bakery operation: manufacture, wholesale, food service, or retail. We are committed to excellence in all of our offerings.

We have two choices of puff pastry dough, butter or vegetable shortening. Both are made with artisan quality resting period, no preservatives, and are virtually the best on the market.

With over 30 years of experience in the baking industry, we understand the critical importance of product consistency and high quality. We know that ease of preparation and minimal labor in finishing is the key to our customers' profit. All of our items are made-to-order, guaranteeing freshness and longer freezer life.
